Went to Tesco to acquire some tasty marshmallows and whipping cream for a nice homemade hot chocolate. At first I couldn't find the marshmallows, looked everywhere for them but navigation isn't my strong suit. So I went up to one of the brilliant employees Robert and asked him where the marshmallows were, he knew the aisle number immediately and told me politely aisle seven. What a brilliant, brilliant employee who made my visit sensational, should be promoted! Coming back again because of him.

Shut it down. No consideration for the disabled people resident in this 1 horse market town. No check out staff on at near 10 pm on Saturday night. I went in to do "Christmas food & drink shop". Had to go to self check out. I have severe mobility issues. The tall obese female with Purplish hair, gets her money easily. Watched me struggle with items falling off packing area. This man Steve Lavery offers a great service to Tesco and its customers. He went out of his way to set me up with my new mobile and he is a nice, consciencious and considerate man. He makes a great team with his colleague Bailey. Excellent service there in the Tesco mobile department. Congratulations

I was recently shopping in this store and had a pleasant experience with the Tesco mobile staff who quickly helped me with an issue I was having with my text messaging.Then on the self service till I was looked after by an absolute gentleman. I am only sorry I didn?t get his name to mention him properly. He was very polite, very accommodating and didn?t leave me waiting even a second for help.

Thank you to Jamie for all your help with changing me over to tesco mobile and helping me to find the best deal. So polite and stayed 40 mins after his shift finished to serve me. Amazing customer service from this young man. ?

Waited over two hours for delivery only to have to ring them to find out the order was cancelled and they didn't notify me now there's no food in the house even tho it showed that we were the last stop of the evening tescos coleraine is a absolutely joke from now on we will be shopping at Asda FYI they took the money out of my account too completely laziness by there employee's ?
