Went in for tobacco, old lady with the bob snapped the word id at me. She critiqued my id and with a bake on her saying it looks nothing like me, till I took my glasses off and she just went and got the tobacco without saying anything at all. Manners go a long way and I'll not be back anytime soon

Seen more customer service from women of the night compared to the 60 year old woman with red hair on tills no social skills whatsoever won't be coming back!

Aul doll on the til is one of the rudest members of staff that I've ever encountered. Called to post a few evri things, all of them with massive red FRAGILE tape all over them.
