Customer service aint their strong point...paid for a 25kg bag of coal as advertised on their prominent board...went to collect the coal but there were only 20kg bags...asked for a 25kg bag & was advised...'oh yeah that board has been there for a long time!'... as if that makes it ok to rip off customers...just saying?
