The wait times are atrocious. I’m a small business owner and can’t afford to wait 20-30 mins to bank money. When I’m not at my premises, I’m not earning. Shockingly understaffed.

I spoke to the lady who works there and is supposed to help people, but when I asked about the D1 form, she was incredibly rude and unhelpful. There's no need to be so cruel to people who ask for help politely. In top of it takes so long to get to counter . Not good services at all
