? Heartbreaking experience every time. When it's busy, the staff are unbelievably unprofessional, and even when it's quiet, the service somehow manages to be just as bad. ? I always order the same thing, and yet, I never get what I actually asked for. It’s like they don’t even care. ?
Went to the toilet when the husband was in the queue, it was busy and I couldn't wait - wasn't allowed to go as didn't yet have a receipt - disgusted, I actually pulled husband out of the queue and left and I love my trip to Belfast and a KFC at the end of the day and this put a bad note on the day.
