I bought a Chromebook on 22nd January 24 first day at home it broke. They replaced it and now today the same thing has happened again. They are quoting our POLICY. This Chromebook is less than 48 days in my hands. Have a look at the pictures taken from my Chromebook. "Apparently" I'm just unlucky that the exact same thing has happened twice.I would have been happy to pay extra money to get a Chromebook/Laptop that works but all I was getting was "Policy" it needs to go back to the manufacturer.

Before there service used brilliant now new young staff have no dedication and compassion working with people especially the asian woman who deal with the customer in the counter.

One guy to serve the white goods. We knew what we wanted and were told it was the wrong choice. The right choice seemed to be anything other than what we were interested in. Then he walked off and started to serve someone else. When I asked was there anyone else who could help he replied there was only him. We were going to spend around £2,500 on goods. I like to help support local workers, but that order will now go to Amazon

My smart TV went faulty after 3 years.My warranty was 5 years .Curry's replaced it as it couldn't be fixed. So ensure you have a warranty with whatever products you purchase.

Absolute joke of a place they except ur order take ur money send email to confirm and then wen ya fone to see about collection cause they didn't get bk to u even though they said they wud b in touch shortly wen on the fone they cancel the order no explanation no apology Absolute nothing horrendous place definitely wud not recommend

Went to buy a new washing machine with my wife, after choosing a few possibilities from the great selection on the shop floor we asked could we buy one ? But were told after our fourth choice that there was yet again "none in stock"the staff here seem to have a very couldnt care less attitude as the assistant agreed with us our best bet would be Amazon. Do the staff need a bit more people skills ? Do Currys actually care whether or not they actually sell anything ? Very dissapointing experience a total waste of our time, their loss was Argos gain, went home and ordered one online, so much easier !

I would strongly advise any potential customer not to use the Currys brand for any purchase due to its vague, misleading and arguably illegal returns policy.I purchased an expensive tv in store. Once delivered was put on the wall uncentred and at an angle by 2 very unprofessional fitters. I was so enraged I called immediately within my 14 days period requesting a refund. The tv was never used, still had all the packaging all protective stickers etc not removed and the tv itself was never setup or installed.I was legally entitled to a refund. Currys phone and online support refuse to help as bought in store so after 4 visits to the store myself and unfortunate need for arguments with the store manager who has strung me along with lies for 3 months now, I?m no further along in resolving this matter. I personally returned the tv fully boxed and unopened to Currys myself and 2 months later no refund issued or any correspondence.Currys returns policy is an illegal practice and only a quick online search will show you many other case studies the same including information on BBCS watchdog all about this.I have been left with no option but to pursue legal action myself due to zero levels of customer service.

Customer experience was really poor. Waiting 20min for someone to serve me when the shop was fairly quiet. I knew exactly what I wanted, front desk wouldn't assist, advised I had to wait for advisor in that dept. While waiting other sales staff I asked for help were uninterested and wouldn't assist. Id understand if it wasn't their knowledge area but all I wanted was someone to fetch the small product I wanted. Finally when the designated staff member did arrive they were uninterested and asked me if I knew the product was in stock.Overall really poor, unprofessional and what should have been a 5min max flow to fetch a product from the warehouse and being it to till took over half an hour.

Drove down into this Currys store during my break.Walked up to the counter and asked the man with the glasses I have questions about PC gaming. He said someone would be with me in a few minutes.I was pacing the front inside of the store for over 20 minutes.I finally had enough, went up to the counter and told the man with glasses I was leaving and was putting in a complaint. He tried to apologise as I was leaving the store but come on he must have seem me pacing the front of the counter looking frustrated for those over 20 minutes.I have read a few reviews of this store, It seems this store needs to up their standards.I don,t know whether it is Currys as a company or just this individual store that has me furious today. I remember shopping in Newtownabbey store and Staff there were great and the PC gaming products I got there were fantastic. I bought products and also had them installed into my gaming PC, so this store missed out on a lot of money from myself, I am definitely not returning to this store ever again. It is very small inside and it looked like it was missing a fair amount of products on shelves
