Very disappointed. I went to buy myself a coffee and wanted some hot water in a cup to heat up my newborn son’s bottle. But was told no, he wasn’t allowed to give out hot water….. so my son will just do without then. Also, if you’re not allowed to give out hot water, do you not do americanos then?? Refused to give me a cup of hot water to heat up my new born sons bottle, I didn’t even want a coffee but I ordered one before I asked for the water, wasn’t allowed to give it out apparently. Very bad Costumers manner’s .very bad coffe too. Instead enjoy my coffee I sit txt how I get feeling, bad service .staff argues everyone who on serve. not good place start day for Not any table cleaned for sit for I get sit someone rubbish already on it ? Sorry for who own business people like that made theme close bussines?
