Store itself is fine, but the café is a little pricy without the quality to match.

Very unsatisfactory! Cafe in this M&S has been using only "cardboard cups/plates and wooden cutlery for the past four days because their dishwasher is broken down. Pathetic! What's wrong with loyal staff taking turns to put on rubber gloves and wash dishes. M&S could even supply Fairy liquid to keep their poor hands nice... read full comment

I am disappointed with the self service checkouts not the same friendly atmosphere.
