Great customer service today in Bangor. Ryan (Brian) couldn't have been more helpful, polite and friendly and explained everything very clearly! Really looking forward to sleeping in my new bed and mattress!

Called at Dreams Sofa Time in Bangor looking for a small sofa bed but ended up with a new comer sofa ! The salesman Ryan was extremely helpful and provided lots of usefull information to assist us in our choice. At no time did we feel pressurised into a purchase, Ryan is good at this job, friendly, attentive and informative.

Had the best experience buying our new sofa from dreams! We had bought from dreams before and thought we’d have a look.Ryan was so helpful and made the whole process easy, even had the two kids in and he made us and them super comfortable and we are as always delighted with the service and the sofa!
