Called in to grab a tea for a homeless person just up from the shop. When I explained to the guy working he offered to pay for it . I told him its my good deed for the day and he made up a tea with a separate milk so the homeless person could have a couple of cups. Sorry but this cafe feels as if it's not clean! Tables left with trays full of cups etc. Floor dirty and unkempt. Could do a lot better! Seating has seen better days and doesn't even look clean! Badly needs to smarten up!

This Cafe Nero is average on a good day. Tables are never cleared, cutlery is dirty and stained, sofa seats are disgusting, with food crumbs stuck down the sides. Maybe santa will provide a hoover for this place.
