Not a customer but had to visit twice. On both occasions the staff were very helpful.

I am totally disgusted by this bank!!!! I've been trying for 7wks to revert to my maiden name.I have provided the necessary documents .I have rung and am still waiting for an urgent call from them since last week. How difficult is it to change name on bank account!!!
