Tried to return item bought previous day in Belfast and refused. I had receipt but because the store is a franchise they only accept returns bought in store. This is despite Superdry T&C saying returns can go to any store except airport branches. Even Superdry help desk admitted that wrong but couldn't force shop to accept... read full comment
