Rang up nationwide this morning as £51:00 had been taken out by sky direct debit which I had cancelled on 13th January. Was a mystery to me how this could happen! Lady on the phone more or less said that sky can reinstate direct debit without notification or me a customer I didn't give permission. There for is OK for lack...

I genuinely feel sorry for this wonderful set of staff as they are always understaffed. This must be one of the busiest branches of Nationwide as anytime I come in it has a queue of people waiting to be served. My 5 stars is for the staff I give those in managemant, who allow this level of stress for staff and customers,...

When my husband had a stroke, heart attack, sepsis and pneumonia in Turkey in 2018, the staff in Nationwide could not have been more helpful
