I love banking with the Halifax who just makes things so simple and straightforward.The Ballymena branch is fantastic. The staff are very knowledgeable, supportive and couldn’t do enough for you. They always have time for anyone who needs assistance and perhaps aren’t confident with using the app or online banking.
