These guys are an embarrassment to the profession. As for the telephone helpline, absolutely useless. In December last year, I called 15 times over 2 weeks with a query. Absolutely shocking experience in store today, went in for assistance and was walked over to a seat with a phone. Totally impersonal and when being asked my information anyone could hear what I was saying.Was on the phone for 20 minutes and my problem wasn’t even sorted out, the staff don’t know what they’re doing... read full comment
