I adore Rituals now. I never used their products until they came to Ballymena. I'm now addicted to their foaming shower gels and home fragrances. They do amazing deals all the time and also free gifts with purchases.

Not really sure how the star rating for this shop is so high. It certainly doesn't mirror my experience in the Ballymena store. I visited on the 22nd at around 3pm and in the time I was in the shop, approximately 3 minutes, I was approached by 4 staff members. It seems that their method is to just bully or harass people... read full comment
