Money gone in but they say been rejected so have to write in with all details - cannot do email!!! So old fashioned - needs updating as having to wait weeks to get reply

Contatc number does not work and contacting them via letter is antiquated.They really should step up thier game if they want to provide these kind of financial services.It's really is bad.Read the other reviews as they also explain well why the post office is bad at customer service if you want to withdraw your funds early.

Rudest people I’ve ever spoken with. They lost my mothers death certificate and blamed the Post Office for being “incompetent”. They didn’t care my mother had died.
