They don’t answer the phone, 7 to 10 days for a repeat prescription is unacceptable lots of staff standing about chatting while customers wait to be served. ?♂️

Bad services keep telling me prescription ready to pick up on the day the staff then tells me not ready till 4 ok no problem then at 4 nope till next 2 days been happening more than once

Had to wait 35 mins to be told my prescription came in yesterday but won't be ready until Tuesday!! Seriously ..if someone had bothered to pick up the phone when I called 6 times instead of wasting my time driving there would have been a help. Oh and two hours closed 1-3pm ...1 hour lunch for all staff would have been better....
