Today I met this horrible lady at this post office with really bad attitude. I have used this service before and they were really nice.But this lady that I met today 02/02/24 has a bad attitude. Very poor customer service received today. I am still in shock.

The Indian woman was very rude. Never seen a lady like that. She was really horrible. Never ever go to there again. To the management please give at least some training to your employee (specifically the Indian women). She was serving me as I was about to robe her. If she is having any issues ask her to take a day off.

One star is still too much!!The woman is always rude to me and after what happened today regarding me trying to bank some money so that I could pay a bill (my bank was closed) I have now made an official complaint.I have never had this at any other post office in this town.Since the passing of Pete at Northampton Road post...
