Fantastic friendly service! Was running late and popped in 20 min before closing with documents to certify. They were very friendly and not miffed with me for coming in last minute. Very helpful and didn't rush through the process. Thank you.

Absolutely awful experience. Long waiting due to sluggish and unconcerned staff. All of them seem miserable with no real work ethic, not bothered about doing a great service for her majesty's royal mail. What a joke. Nothing great about Britain.
