You walk into the bank only to been rudely asked why you are there which some of us do not want to discuss in front of others as it is private. Charlie is personally should not work for a reputable bank like Nationwide, as he is bringing down the name. I received crude and snappy judgements from him about my issue, which does not match the values of the company.
