Family meal out on Saturday 26th October (party of 8). Parking not too bad but dont forget to register your number plate as soon as you go in or you will get a fine. The Duke of Wellington is a beautifully-restored 18th century pub and restaurant situated close to stunning Stanwick Lakes and the Rushden Lakes shopping mall.
Our team of chefs create fine, fresh food daily and we have a selection of wines and ales to satisfy the most pampered of palates. We also have a huge, double-deck barn which hosts regular music events and is an ideal venue for private parties, weddings and corporate events.
As the only pub in our village we see ourselves as the hub of the community and do our best to support local charities and activities. The Duke is named after Bonaparte's nemesis because the first pair of his eponymous Wellington boots were made in Stanwick. So pop in and join us for a taste of history.
