How do I rate zero stars?The service was so bad that it was nearly enough to give up on Barclays and change banks. Not great customer service when I go in . Also open about 5 hours a week. So not ideal

Customer service has been consistently good for me WHEN you get to the cashier's desk. And there lies the problem, particularly when, due to social distancing, you are queuing outside for long periods.
