Not great customer service when I go in . Also open about 5 hours a week. So not ideal

Customer service has been consistently good for me WHEN you get to the cashier's desk. And there lies the problem, particularly when, due to social distancing, you are queuing outside for long periods.
At Barclays Local you’ll find a friendly face from Barclays who’ll be able to help with things like money management, digital banking, fraud and scams advice, bereavement and power of attorney support, and payments and transfers that don’t involve cash or cheques.
