Came in store today and saw the manager Alex about my holiday booking. She was so patient and helpful with me. Really reassuring. Great team, great atmosphere in store. Will be back in again soon!

We've now booked several holidays at the store instead of online. We always try to see Tina as we've always found her very helpful and knowledgeable. We've got two more holidays this year that she booked for us. Won't be booking online again.

Great service, after being massively let down by Expedia, Jasmine really helped my partner and I rearrange our holiday to Rome.
