customer service lines for the rushden lakes store are never up so it puts you through to general customer service and even they can't get a hold of them! absolutely useless call handlers aswell they would do nothing about a purchased stolen item.

Had a fitting here today and had the kindest staff helping I’m sure her name was Maz I’m not sure what the other girls name was, made me feel super comfortable and confident so thankful!

Fantastic and kind lingerie assistant, helped me and my mother-in-law yesterday with sizing, fitting and product recommendations.
