I had a really lovely assistant help me track down my prescription, I was very distressed as I was running out of my prescription. She was helpful, informative and got me my prescription in time. Absolutely 10/10 service!! My prescription got sent to London, so this was no small issue for me. She was lovely and all staff...

Prescription in on the Monday Friday Lunchtime still not ready. This Pharmacy is very often closed and there seems to be no system more than 4 items its sent away to be dispensed! As they carnt cope. Needs a good shake up.
