If I could leave zero stars, I would. Do not take anything of value to be dry cleaned by this company. It will come back damaged and not in the same condition it was sent in. Timpson’s will then insist that the fault is not with them. Very disappointed that I am now out of pocket and no longer have my lovely coat. Save...
