Been with three for many many years and always used this store to upgrade. During my last 2 upgrades there have been issues. The most current one was back in September a member of staff sold me a contract for my phone at £42 a month so I agreed, purchased phone to arrive at the store so I could collect. After some issues with the network I was apprehensive about staying.
Lovely Manager Josh reminded me why I stay with Three.
Checked my accounts and even gave me a discount on a SIM upgrade. Highly recommend going into the store and seeing what they can offer.
