Poor service on two separate occasions once today at 10.45am 7/3/24Very rude woman would not open the barrier for me.I did my weekly shop at Sainsbury instead.

An old lady, one of their cashier is very rude and impatient, may beracist, if you are not a true British do not go to the cashier next to the self-checkout.

Absolutely disgraceful store had to walk out the store with not even half of my weekly groceries because either they sold out or no longer stock the items. Their pharmacy is a joke have waited 40+ minutes just to collect a prescription it’s an absolute joke of a so called “supermarket”
