Why in Amazon app it shows I can do returns in this shell petrol station and this Indian guy told me u are not doing anymore like 3min the . People wasting time coming to this place

I have a amazon return package to send back via this specifically selected shell garage and the machine is always "not working" personally I think the woman working there simply can't be bothered to do this.. extremely frustrating as this has been the same answer for nearly 3 weeks.
