Walked into the store today (Saturday) in the expectation that I would find a new pair of spectacles. Was accosted by an assistant who wanted my name address and full contact details before I would be allowed to look at frames -really!!! I was told this is protocol - clearly not interested in my business.

Great experience at Sheinman Hearing Centre today to have my ears checked for wax removal.I use Sheinman Opticians and have done for about 5 years now.Staff very friendly and efficient both at reception during check-in and during the appointment itself.
