Opening times are outside most peoples break time. Very poor customer service ?

I was expecting a parcel and it said delivery between 7:30am and 7:30pm, they were on my street, had about 4 parcels in his hand and I asked if he had got a parcel for me, and he looked at me and ignored me, then drove away, I am quite mad as the parcel were for my sisters birthday tomorrow, and then he didn't even put... read full comment

Ordered an item online from a fellow small business owner, and it was sent on 48hr delivery service via Royal mail, a week later it was finally out for delivery!My item has now been out for delivery for 2 days so far. Now on day 3 and again I am having to contact royal mail to find out where it is.
