One woman here is very rude...How is she allowed to speak to customers in this manner.I think basic training in customer care and basic comunication skills is required.I will not use this place...Its aweful!!!!!

Rude staff, seemed ageist. As I have to go into Northampton I use Barry Road Co-op Post Office wherever possible as the staff there are friendly and helpful.
