Feel sorry for the man that works there, the elderly people that come in are sometimes racist and rude and the lady you can tell can’t be bothered she just comes in to work. They need more people because the queues can be a bit long

To collect parcel, you have to go with your actual/physical ID to be able to collect your parcel.

Very unhelpful and quite rude. Refused to take parcels if is over 20kg when Parcelforce accepted but tell you to take them to crow lane
