WHY IS THIS PLACE NEVER OPEN!!!!!!!!!!! TRYING TO COLLECT MY PARCEL AND THEY ARE ALWAYS CLOSED WTH!!!

Very poor service, rude employee . Waiting in queue there was 3 x people in front of me when I reached he said he was closing, their was 2 x people behind me. Also returned on Friday and the whole shop was closed
