I except customers have to wait at door but no-one even acknowledged I was stood there for fifteen minutes.Just looked me up and down.Have always had problems in this store they are all really rude .I am changing from o2 with my next phone because of their service

Cannot commend this store enough. Store assistant Lucky served me and my family, he is a credit to o2, answering my numerous questions and providing a first class service. Couldn't be happier with the service provided.

Very good. Chap who dealt with me very, very good. Didn't get his name but also works as a Graphic Designer. An asset to the Company.
