Today they decided they are shut between 2 and 2:45 for the staff to have lunch together, no details on their site just paper taped to the door

Very nice staff! Im a teenager and go there every now and again to give money in but now im at school again for year 11 I dont have time to get there before it closes. I end at 3:10 and i dont get home till 4-4:30 normally even though I live close. So my only problem is the closing time and weekday only stuff

Customer service great, but wouldn't uphold switcher offer even though I'd transferred two Direct Debits as instructed. Complaint going through to Ombudsman.
