Waited over half an hour for takeaway after paying for it. I was told to park up so asked two different staff about what had happened to it, both never came back to me. Had to get in qué again to ask for food, part of it was cold, not a good experience. Obviously all about profit not about customer service. No apology... read full comment

It is stated that it is open 24 hours. But when we arrived at 5:29 am, the entrance to Mac Drive was closed. I tried to get the attention of the staff to clarify if they are open, but I was ignored. There were no signs on the site near the cones with the reason why they are closed.

Hours are wrong. The restaurant is not open late! Only the drive though, which you can't walk through... wasted time walking here and then had to order it through a delivery service and walk back to our hotel. Not cool.
Edit: And they charge extra for sauces on delivery. Extra not cool. Really, really not cool.
