Had given car for tyre, battery, safety, suspension, catalytic converter, brake check, with being a premium member. No check was done and was returned as is. Took 5 days for them to decide they couldn’t carry out the work after agreeing they would originally. Had to chase for updates. Waste of time.

Just phoned my local service centre and they want £159 to change the oil and filter on a Ford Ka Mk2 !!!! Unbelievable well done Northamptpn for making me laugh out loud
