Horrible woman at the counter acted like I'd just burst, uninvited to her living room rather than asking her for a coffee. I get that everyone has bad days, but your job isn't to make everyone else have a bad day too.

tried this costa coffee for the second time as its closer to home... wasn't great the first visit and this second visit it was worse... really bad quality cappuccinos.. asked for chocolate dusting got a rude response then too much chocolate dumped on the drinks... had to throw away the drinks and drive to another costa... read full comment
