Sorry, but really cant/ won't be recommending this costa branch. Had a 'reward' for coffee on app & even though i hadnt selected to use it, it was used but i still paid full price for coffee. Long cues despite having adequate staffing

I have used this place several times. Plenty of tables available but It's hard to find one that is clean.
