Under staffed, over stretched dept. Why are the Currys/car phone warehouse staff not cross trained?Deon has been fantastic, great customer service from him. Always on top of my repair and calls when he says he will. Deon deserves a promotion and more staff support. I would give 5 stars but this would misrepresent the review.... read full comment
