Went into card factory to get some balloons and was served by a very rude lady who informed me that she hadn’t stopped blowing up balloons all day and that it would take a long time to finish the balloons I had purchased because I had given her a massive stack to do. All of the staff are lovely except from Kelly. Went in today to buy some Christmas cards with my partner. As he was getting a pack of the charity cards off the top shelf she started shouted at him telling him that he needs to get the packs off the front of the till.
