Absolutely, the worst place ever, please do not go there if you have other pharmacies around you. All people who work there, including the manager, extremely rude and whenever you asking for help with medicine They literally have zero professionalism and expertise.

Raced up to boots weston favell to get some medicine for my son. Got there at one minute past five and was frog marched out by a very rude member of staff telling me we’re close !!! Says on the web site open till 5 30pm - customer service was shocking

None of boot’s pharmacies ever answer their phones. Try for an hour. They despise your meditation when not everything is on the prescription and then you’re stuck!
