The customer service has gone downhill since several staff have left. Wait times at the pharmacy have increased and you are either ignored or forgotten about unless they can see you at the counter. You are very lucky if they answer the phone.

Horrible customer service. All these girls have been very rude, not even trying to help us. They talked to us like we were from another planet. ? I bought an expensive perfume for over £120, which was advertised online as coming with free samples, but when I asked about it, she said no and left .
I like this Boots, often come here and buy many things from vitamins to hairbrushes. They didn’t have tick tweezers the other day, never mind, I won’t reduce their score for it, as at least the pharmacist was helpful and suggested I go to a pet store.
