The main store is fine with nice people, however I can't say the same for the pharmacy section, staff is lazy and not caring with no respect for customers.

Normally, I'd rate it 5 star cos most of the staff are lovely, but the rude and belligerent pharmacy woman with blonde scraped back hair in a ponytail, often working mornings, is an absolute pain in the backside! ? It's a shame Boots let her lack of manners impact on their overall staff level!!
