“I’ve been a member of Nationwide for over 15 years and not once have they disappointed me. I usually use the Northampton Kingsthorpe or Moulton park branch. Huge shout out to Angie at Kingsthorpe branch, as soon as I walked in she was eager to help, have a great conversation and really cares about the members. Didn’t keep me waiting sorted out my query within 10 minutes! Angie is a gem. Thank you to everyone for all your help over the years. Will hopefully have a mortgage with you too at some point.”

“Sophie was lovely and helpful. I am tired (13hrs) but feel much better after a coffee and Great service at the petrol station. Everything seems to be a bit cheaper in the petrol station as opposed to the main services? Clean toilets are here as well.”
“Feel like there are so many bad reviews, petrol price best around, I got in , filled up, paid, left. I'm getting petrol so don't expect anything else, loads of reviews saying they are rude etc, well I'm not there for a general chit chat they served me and the gentleman was pleasant enough.”

“I stopped to buy an egg and mayo sandwich meal deal for my lunch and I also bought hot cross buns and daffodils for my Mum and some reduced cream cakes for a treat.There's often reduced bargains here (it's an M&S food).The shop and forecourt are always clean and tidy and the staff are friendly.”

“A mid sized supermarket, it offers fresh produce, frozen meals, cleaning items, household items and clothing for juniors & adults.
It can get busy quickly due to its closeness to the neighbourhoods and easily accessible due it adjoining a main road. Be warned.”

“Definetely recommended. Always come here to grab some petrol for my car as its usually the cheapest station to go to still go here and since I passed which was over a year now I've come here for petrol each time, when I walk in always get hello used to come here often when I went to TBH to grab a muffin and one of the staff always knows I get it everytime, Luci is very nice too majority of there staff gives a warm smile is well however do have 2 issues. 1. Cars parked in the petrol bays & Air Bays preventing people from getting fuel and air for there vehicles or there messing around 2. Space between the pumps are small as the vehicles are getting bigger by the year and some struggle so it is worth to look into renovating the pumps a little more space however overall nice security guards too. Worth a try hereThx guys and keep it upZach”

Even after closing time she dealt with my problem.. EXCELLENT staff in this branch in northampton! Not like any of the other branches... Total customer care!! These ladies should work in ALL of your branches!!! Other staff in branches can learn ALOT from these ladies! 1 VERY happy customer ?”
