    The volunteers are rude specially in kettering shop. We were there last week and the volunteer accused my nephew a thief. He was trying a shirt and he was showing us if it fits ok.     Unfortunately management did nothing to a customer who comes in and did inappropriate behaviour towards a volunteer and every time management get an email from above she takes it out on the volunteers on shop floor when we are under the job centre we need to have our phones on if we don't we could get sanction from them

    Everytime I have been there, the staff was quite unpleasant, making me feel like bothering them. I've also found out once that they charged me more than I should be paying, but only noticed that when I got home unfortunately. Bought some bric bracs and none has worked.
