Ordered a kitchen with wicks, the survey done was totally wrong, to the point I had to give my own measurements. Then there was damaged doors and items didn’t turn up. Would never use again terrible

Rude staff member. She looked like the manager. When asking to be directed to the till as I wasn't sure which side was open, she replied "Just there" in a short abrupt tone. She could learn from the chap on the till who served me who was polite and professional!

I had a great experience with the staff at Kettering and Corby giving me NO quibble refunds on items that I had bought but didn’t fit my projects.
