Staff very helpful and polite when I recently bought a pair of trainers. Store is well stocked and tidy. Must say that the first floor needs a good scrub though due to muddy looking splodges near one of the seating areas! Excellent customer service though.

Went today to buy two pairs of trainers found what I wanted stood around waiting for some staff one girl was packing something a til but seemed not interested put shoes back on shelf and went to leave there was another member of staff standing at door chatting I asked him he said only one member of staff on the shoes shall... read full comment
