Very poor customer service today. I wanted a new screen protector fitted and a price for a broken back cover. £22 for screen protector. Asked if they could fit it and he replied that that he wsnt good at it. He went to ask someone else and they \\\"weren't feeling it today\\\" so couldn't fit it either. I had a visit to O2 shop few weeks ago and the staff I met Mr Tom was very helpful and professional.He has thorough knowledge about different plans and hand set and the way he introduced different handset was excellent .His communication skills and customer relations were extraordinary.
