Been with Nationwide for years, had no issues, but just recently because Nationwide didn't do as I requested, I am now unable to access my money. My opinion of what was a 5 star rating has now dropped to 1.

I visited the Kettering branch earlier today as I needed to change my account. Lovely to be able to have face to face, very rare these days. I was attended to by a lovely lady called Masala, she was outstanding. Polite, helpful, considerate and very informative . She answered all my questions, explained step by step what...
